We’re so glad you’re considering therapy services at the Opelousas Area Cerebral Palsy Clinic!

To begin the admissions process, simply give our office a call at 337-942-3648. We’ll need a referral (script) from your physician stating that therapy is needed.

Once we receive the referral, one of our therapists will schedule an evaluation to determine the type of therapy your child or family member may benefit from and how often sessions should take place.

Please note that we sometimes have a waiting list, but we’ll make sure to see individuals in the order their applications are received.
