The Opelousas Area Cerebral Palsy Clinic is a non-profit organization supported by United Way and the community. The Clinic serves te community by providing children and adults with disabilities proper physical therapy, speech therapy and much more. The childhood memories I have received there has given me a life filled with joy and happiness. The atmosphere provided allowed me to receive treatment for my disability in a non-hospital setting. This was an important part of my life. the non-hospital environment provided me with a playground and fellowship with children like myself. This allowed me to experience faith, I was not alone, hope, for my family and friends, and love form the people of Acadiana. I feel without the physical therapy I would not be walking. The hope for a better tomorrow allows me to look forward to the future. The love for the Opelousas Area Cerebral Palsy Clinic remains in my heart since the age of four and will remain everlasting . Please support the Clinic and help the children and adults with special needs.
